Lobster Thai Salad
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons slivered almonds
10 ounces soba noodles, cooked and rinsed
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
1 pound lobster meat
1 teaspoon ginger root, grated
2 tablespoons cilantro
In a small frying pan heat sesame oil. Add sesame
seeds and slivered almonds, stiring until lightly
browned. In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining
ingredients, set aside.
Dressing:
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup canola oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon tamari
6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Combine the above ingredients in a jar or shaker and
mix well. Lightly toss all ingredients together, serve
with cilantro garnish in a pasta bowl |
