Swans Island Hot Lobster Spread
(makes 1 serving)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 pound Maine lobster meat, diced
2 tablespoons onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon cream style horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1/3 cup almonds, slivered and toasted (may sub. cashew halves)
Soften cream cheese with milk. Add all other ingredients
except almonds. Blend well. Spoon into oven proof dish.
Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 15 minutes at 375°.
