Appetizers
Potato Lobster Wrap
1 slice thinly sliced russet potato
1 ounce chunk lobster meat
1slice seeded cucumber
1slice green apple
1 pinch dill weed
1 pinch dry roasted garlic
Pam cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take one slice potato, set atop one piece of lobster meat,
slice cucumber, and slice green apple. Roll tight, arrange on
cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with dill and roasted
garlic. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crisp.
Sauce:
green apples
cucumber
light corn syrup
white vinegar
white pepper
In food processor put equal amounts of apple, cucumber, white
vinegar, and corn syrup. Add dash of white pepper to taste;
blend well.
