Maine Lobster Sauté Appetizer
 
(Serves 4)

1 pound cooked lobster meat
4 Tablespoons virgin olive oil
4 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 Tablespoons fresh garlic, finely minced

Cut cooked lobster meat into bite sized pieces and place in a sauté pan with the remaining ingredients. Mix well, sauté, stirring and shaking the pan until the lobster meat mixture is hot and bubbly.

Place the Maine lobster sauté on a decorative plate and surround with crispy saltines or your favorite cracker. Enjoy.
