Lobster Balls on Toothpicks
16 ounces cream
cheese
1 cup lobster, finely diced
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 Tablespoons cream
1 Tablespoon parsley, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs
3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Soften cream cheese and mix in all remaining ingredients.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator
and roll into small bite-sized balls.
Mix together bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Roll balls
in this mixture and chill. Serve with party toothpicks
